Food scene

This is one of the most popular bars during the daytime in mula. Seafood is fresh from the coast daily , all tapas are prepared daily on the premises. Run by Antonio and his wonderful friendly staff they serve up some of the very best tapas , local Murcian beers and variety of coffees made from a unique secret blend exclusive to Salazar . Highly recommended are the home made crisps and jamon. A morning staple for spainish workers are coffee con cognac, toasted pan with a special spread of tomato, also common morning foods are doughnuts, croissants, ham & cheese toasted pan , (bread) Bar snacks when drinking recommended are jamon , ensalada de rusa, almonds, cured tuna & Fresh langoustine Menu del dia at a set price of around 9.50 euro is generally available daily in most restaurants in Mula ,except for fiestas. Fully recommended are the pork chops, eggs , & chips. Advice on dining in evening - Generally the spainish eat late evening especially during the hot summer season. If you plan to eat out it is advisable to expect some pre meal drinks as restaurants open around 21.30 - 12.30pm All places I have recommended I have visited personally and continue to use during my own stays in mula

Great bar , anyone who likes gin and tonic will find themselves in G&T heaven. The owner “genes”is a friendly guy who runs the bar with his wife. Football on the widescreen is shown every Monday evening. Most Spainish league matches are played so bars are usually very lively and exciting . The draught beer is served in frozen glasses ice cold and to perfection every time. The decoration in bogarts is amazing, this has a very English London theme with a red telephone box .

Mula Markets on Thursday , Friday and Saturday a must

Well worth visiting downtown for the farmers market , textile market and general market. After all the shopping on a Saturday you can purchase pollo ala brasa, split roasted chicken and chips at the market.
