Genting Highlands is one of the most famous place to visit in Malaysia. It sits on 1800 meters high. Genting Highlands offers cool breeze all year round and you may sometimes experience seeing beds of clouds! This entertainment hub offers shopping malls, indoor and outdoor theme park, bars & restaurants and even casino! There's always something to do for everyone!
To go to Genting Highlands is very convenient because the resort itself offers an express bus (with a small charge) direct from several pick up points in Kuala Lumpur. The nearest pick up point from Vortex Suites will be KL Sentral station. It will take about 15 minutes from Bukit Nanas Monorail station to KL Sentral station. From KL Sentral station, the Go Genting express bus will take an hour to bring you up to the resort! It is as easy as that! (Kindly get the express bus tickets before to avoid disappointment with tickets sold out especially weekends)

Malaysia is located quite to the equator which gives us sun almost 365 days. It could be hot for you if you are coming from the very north or south of the world. So, please make yourself comfortable with shorts and t-shirts as many of Malaysian wears that too!
