If your on a budget and want really good Indian food! Go here! It doesn’t looks like it would be good from the outside but it’s really good! I suggest getting a small container of lentils or ceci. Ask for the yogurt sauce and 2 breads. They make the bread fresh there. This will serve 2 people. And it’s only €6. That’s just 3€ per person! Take it home, heat it up and dip the bread into the lentils and yogurt sauce. So good!

Take the tram up for amazing views of Trento!! 8 minute walk €5. There are some hiking trails and you will find them once your up there.
You can also walk along the river here without going up the tram. An epic bike ride and a beautiful trail to walk on right there! You can see bunnies on the trail in the morning and in the evening.

Skiing and snowboarding only 30 minute drive away!
Take the bus #4 at the bus station. (Right by train station) It leaves around 1:20pm most days or 7:45am it takes about 40 mts to get up there and get off at stop Vascon. The lift and ski rental place and restaurants are right there!
The bus will pick you up at the same spot around 4:40pm and take you back to Trento bus station. €5.80 per person round trip.

The astronomical observatory Terrazza delle Stelle, located in the Viote basin of Monte Bondone, far from the lights of the inhabited centers, is the ideal place for observing the starry sky. A few kilometers from the capital, the observatory is equipped with powerful telescopes which, with the guidance of expert operators, become privileged tools for admiring the firmament.

If you want to cool off at the lake this is the closest one. Buy a train ticket at the train station. Drops you right off at the lake. You will pass COOP walking to the lake, stop there and get food to take to the lake and have a picnic lunch with a beautiful view! 34 minutes away; about 25 minute car ride. €4 round trip per person by train.

If you have a car I highly recommend going to this part of Lake Garda. It’s a small Medieval village. Go to the castle and you will see the most breathtaking views of the lake. 1.5 drive by car.

You arrive at the village and take the tram up to the top. You hike around up there and you won’t see more spectacular mountain view’s anywhere! Incredible!!!

About 2 hours away by car but probably the most beautiful lake you will ever see! Super easy 30 minute hike around the lake. There are lots of restaurants to eat at right there.

Then take the bus 330 to Magdalena. Walk a little way up. Just follow where everyone else is walking and you will find it! It’s worth it to get this picture! About 2.5 hours away. You can purchase a Trentino/Sud Tyrol travel pass for €20 per person and it will work on bus and train to get up and back. Stop by the cute town BRESSENONE on your way back. When the train drops you off it’s about a 10 minute walk to get to the city center. It’s colder up here by about 10 degrees so dress accordingly. I would suggest packing a lunch and blanket and eating around Magdalena with this view!

Take the bus or ride your bike to Ravina (30 minutes a way) once off the bus stop walking up the hill. Keep walking until you hear the water fall. Keep walking until you see it!
