In the nineteenth century, thanks to Wordsworth and many other poets and artists, the number of visitors to the Wye Valley greatly increased.
Today the rivers, the beautiful countryside and some fine Georgian and Victorian architecture are still here for everyone to enjoy.

A fab day out, with much to see including Techniquest, the old Norwegian church, great cafes and ice cream parlours. Inexpensive boat trips accross the barrage return, or single as you can take a leisurely stroll back, cinema complex. It’s approximately a 30 minute drive to Cardiff from Llancayo.
