This is my absolute #1 favorite place to eat in St. George! The food is outstanding, they have a fantastic chef. But the best part of all are the views! It's the only restaurant in St. George that sits on one of the hills, and on a clear day you can see all the way to Zion National Park! Prices are moderate (typical cost would be about $20 per person), and the experience is top-notch. It's always best to call for a reservation, as they fill up fast. They can also be booked on Open Table most days.

Anasazi Steakhouse is famous for offering meats you cook on a rock! The rocks are heated up to some crazy high temperature, and you simply cut a piece or two of meat at a time and cook it on your own rock. The meats are unbelievable! Also, they offer an incredible fondue menu (sweet, savory, appetizers, etc.) with fondue pots right on your table. Anasazi is a truly unique dining experience! Be sure to call for a reservation.
