Well worth a visit - beautiful drive, lots of wildlife and walks on the doorstep. Right on the railway platform - very quaint.

Well worth a visit - beautiful drive, lots of wildlife and walks on the doorstep. Right on the railway platform - very quaint.
The staff are superb and make the best homemade cakes in the area. I would definitely recommend the scones and getting there early so you don't miss out on the cakes!

Activities in the Local Area
There are so many things to see and do in the local area. Here are my favourites.
Perfect for hillwalkers. Beautiful Mountain to climb, not too steep and amazing views on a clear day.
Be sure to get there early though, because the parking can get very busy during peak periods.

There are also Mountain Biking Tracks, gold panning for the kids and talks about the local deer. Great Family day out.
