Nice location at the end of the boardwalk. A little pricey for what it is but this is my favorite pizza in seaside.

This is a well known and very popular local place for sushi. Just across the bridge in Toms River, maybe 3 minutes from the condo.

This is a pretty divey bar restaurant but they have good food. The seafood here is surprisingly good.

Sightseeing
They charge by the carload to get in ($10 or so). They have a beach for swimming, 1 or 2 beaches for boating, 1 or 2 beaches for fishing, and some short trails. There is a nice little visitor center that's great for children.
