Powerscourt House Beautiful, old mansion which contains Avoca Handweaver Stores and Deli as well as a great café. The formal gardens are beautiful to walk in, there is also a new whiskey distillery and an environmental awareness centre. It is simply lovely to walk along the avenue to the house. Powerscourt Hotel Situated in the grounds of Powerscourt House, this 5 star hotel has bars, restaurants and one of Ireland’s best spas. Powerscourt Waterfall. Drive through Enniskerry village, pass signs for Powerscourt house and you will see signs for Powerscourt Waterfall. There is small charge to drive in to the park. The waterfall is beautiful and you can spends hours walking the trails as part of the estate. There is also a small café and a playground.

Hiking 1.Link up with the Dublin Mountain Way at the Scalp (turn left at the top of our road and walk 2km towards Enniskerry) or Kilegar – walk towards Johnny Foxes in Glencullen village – you will sign the markers after 1km. 2.Drive to Powerscourt Waterfall and walk around the surrounding area. 3.Pick up the Wicklow Way hiking trail at Knockcree Hostel (turn right in Enniskerry, drive uphill and follow the signs) -For a short walk – walk down through the Glencree Oak Valley and double back when you get to Crone carpark (4 miles in total) -For a long hike - follow the trail, through Glencree Valley, through Crone woods, up to Douce Mountain, then down past Lough Tay to Roundwood (20 miles from Knockcree Hostel). 4.Walk from Stepaside Village via the Fernhill Path to Three Rock Mountain and Fairy Castle for spectacular view of Dublin City.
