Burwood is one of Victoria's Eastern suburbs. It is well known for so many reasons. Deakin University's Burwood campus is located on Burwood Highway (walking distance from my place).
Box Hill which hosts Victoria's largest Chinese community is also very close to Burwood. You can catch the bus from Burwood Highway which has its last stop at Box Hill Shopping Central.
Australia's Fashion Capital (Chadstone) is also located about 10 minutes drive from Burwood.
A 24 hours Kmart and Colse located in Burwood East Shopping Center makes Burwood an ideal suburb to live.
Tram 75 travels directly to and from city.

Explore the forest on a range of walks, or enjoy a picnic at the Fern Tree Gully Picnic Ground, One Tree Hill or in Sherbrooke Forest.
Nearby coffee shops, restaurants, craft and antique shops, as well as gardens and the historic Puffing Billy train make for a pleasant day out. The park can be reached by public transport from Melbourne.
