I am so grateful for my quiet, cozy studio! And feel so fortunate to show it with others!It is close to tons of great eats, coffee shops and happy hours... Here are a few of my favorite! All within blocks to 3 or 4 miles.

Great pizza! Lots of drinks , mixed cocktails and beer on tap. The bar area is HUGE... perfect place to watch any sporting event on the numerous TV's. Warm weather provides the upper deck to watch the ocean and all the action of the kiddie splash area!

THE cutest coffee shop! But it doesn't end with coffee, the menu is a mile long with great nibbles! Chandeliers and red velvet booth make this one of my favorite on getting together with a close friend/s.

I love getting out of the house and seeing what all my neighborhood has to offer.. Here are some of my favorite things to go see and do.
This zoo easily competes with all larger city zoos. The aquarium was just remodeled in 2018 bringing back the jellyfish, turtles , sharks and more. Fun anytime of year..

Close by Casa Zama are some great places to walk, enjoy the waves and wildlife
I nicknamed this Louis beach for when my dog was still with me, we would walk here every morning and throw stick after stick... So tranquil I still walk to this beach every morning to smell in the saltwater and say hello to my favorite Heron

Small sandy beach.. just a small walk from the studio AND in the summer, there are paddle boarding rentals!
