You can find Caribou most anywhere, but this one is located just across the street from the Minnehaha Creek and Nokomis Lake - so great views and an easy stop for coffee on you way someplace.

They have the best Italian food around - their Calcinato is to die-for, and their pizza is out of this world. They also have a nice choice of gelato - I highly recommend the mango! Plus, they deliver!

Located at the confluence of the Mississippi and Minnesota Rivers, Ft. Snelling is a must see spot. The visitor center has tons of information, but I really like walking the grounds of the fort, going into the buildings and interacting with historic interpreters.
