Our local pizza joint, located in our building. Fransesco, originally from Napoli, and his Norwegian girlfriend Marit serve great pizza and are always eager for a chat. Eat in, or bring the pizza to our flat or our terrace - if the weather is nice!

Mathallen Oslo is inspired by the great European food courts. Here you can find specialty shops, kafés, restaurants and bars. Try Vulkan Fisk Sjømatbar for great fish dishes, or visit Oslo's longest bar in the basement, Smelteverket (They sometimes have live music), or sample international street food at Hitchiker, to mention some of my favourites. Mathallen is also a venue for festivals and events celebrating food, drink and great experiences. Located just a 5 min walk from our house.

Parks & Nature
Our local park is worth a visit! Go right to the top for a 360 degree view of Oslo. It is, in our view, the most beautiful park in the city. A great place for pickniks! You can even buy ready made picknik baskets from Pascale restaurant and café.
