The lodge is truly incredible and historic. This is a must see if you love this stuff. Huge open fireplace with a giant chimney that dominates the entire center of the lodge. Awesome skiing in the winter.

Dollar General has a limited selection of items, but they do have a the basic food staples at a much lower price than Thriftway. If you just need a few things like milk, bread, eggs, or cereal, this is the place to find it.

Parks & Nature
Great hike but you will need to cross the river to get to the falls. The foot bridge washed out and is not expected to be replaced, but people still hike to the falls. There is often a log over the river that people use as a bridge. Some people just wade, don’t try that when they water is high as it can be quite dangerous and super cold.
