This is a really good restaurant right near my house. It's a wine bar where they serve tapas as well. Think French food but small portions to share with a friend; all fresh food so the menu changes often. La Rallonge is the casual half of a fancier restaurant next door called La Table d'Eugene. This is the market street in my neighborhood where you'll find fresh vegetables, yummy cheese shops, bakeries, a butcher and fishmonger. There are also regular grocery stores to buy essentials. On Sundays, the stores open in the morning and close around 1 pm.
