Websters is the only dog friendly cafe in State College. (Cafe Lemont also allows woofers but that’s more of a haul.) Yogi, Sebastian, and I spend a lot of time here. They also sell used books and records.

One of my favorite things to do is go to Mad Mex during happy hour (4:30p to 6:30p) and eat a dozen buffalo wings by myself. Mad Mex Monday has endless mini burritos and good margarita specials.

Local Whiskey has a nice selection of rotating taps and good food (and a huge selection of whiskey, hence the name, but I don’t give a hoot about whiskey). I hate having to cut my own lettuce, but I love their wedge salad. Also, the fries. Get the fries with ranch. Happy hours and specials change with the day of the week.
