The classic Woodstock hike. It's about 6 miles round trip but the views are rally fantastic at the top. A highlight is climbing the old fire watch right at the top of the mountain. Not for little legs!

This is a great little under-visited trail and swimming hole right between kingston and Woodstock. You can drive right up to the lake where there is additional parking. there are about 12 miles of various trail loops with additional swimming spots deep into the trails.

This is quite close by and a very quick hike into the falls area so you can get great "bang for you buck" in terms of the hike length for small legs. The trails continue on well past the falls additionally.
