They close at 10pm. The menu is on the middle shelf of the black bookcase by the spiral staircase. Everything is good eg Pho, Pork Chop and Rice, Beef Rolls and Rice - recommended by someone who has eaten in Chinatown everyday for decades and has everything on their menu.

Maybe not as ready in the early AM as Ho Won and Manna House but my family members seem to like them.

On the corner of LUdlow and Houston with lots of fancy retail around it most notably the Whole Foods supermarket on Bowery and Houston. The corned beef IS very flavorful and even better cut into hunks over white rice with gravy like Geng Seng on Pell Street used to sell on Fridays But if you mind fattiness - just a little - then pay a dollar more for the pastrami. One sandwich is enough for two people at $21 but it is also enough to split into six sandwiches if you bring it home and use steamed chinese coin purse buns from the Chinese supermarket (i prefer dung dung i..e. winter brand - just pick the bag with the same character twice). Also use cole slaw instead of a condiment in the sandw

very crowded and seemingly third world - veggie leaves were everywhere when I was there but they have the Chinese supermarket staples that can be had more peacefully in Queens Chinese supermarkets.

The best way to buy groceries for Manhattan is actually the cleaner calmer supermarkets in working places like College Point Queens. Also the store brand oat and quinoa breakfast bars are pretty good.
