Our favourite of Edinburgh's Michelin star restaurants. Feels relatively relaxed compared to some of the others and they offer a good value set lunch menu. You need to book in advance but worth it for a special occasion.

Book ahead as its small.

Best coffee in Edinburgh in my opinion, hipster and delicious. They roast their own coffee. Flat whites are amazing. They also have a few other branches, all are great.

A must see in Edinburgh, good selection of museums inside the castle that are included in the ticket price. The castle also houses the crown jewels. Go for the 1 o'clock gun if you can. Great views of the whole city. Otherwise go early to avoid the crowds.
