Great beach with amazing views from the parking lot that is above the beach.
It's as scenic as it gets.
On the beach there are beautiful rock formations.
Beautiful beach. Best time to take off from the unit is 1:00pm.
There is affordable on site parking or free street parking. The path is a slight incline then 2 flights of stairs, sandals or shoes recommended on the path. Once at the beach there is plenty of visuals... dusk is a must.

If you want to take a walk, please do so in this neighborhood that borders your unit. Just walk out the front door and down 1 or 2 blocks, turn right (west) for a relaxing stroll through a beautiful residential neighborhood. Get out your phone and keep moving in the direction of Rodeo Drive. It's totally walkable.

If you want to take a walk, please do so in this neighborhood that borders your unit. Pizza. (Prince St pizza)
The best Pizza in the area and literally 2 blocks away.
up to Sunset blvd cross the street and make a left, down 1 - 1/4 blocks.
The beach and the boardwalk... My favorite part is the Santa Monica Pier.
