Family friendly park! Bring your swimsuit for a swim in the pool or a splash in the splash pad. Tons of play structures for the young and young at heart. Take a walk through the wooded area or bring a frisbee and play in the open areas. Be sure to grab an ice cream and get your picture taken in front of the canons!

Take a walk through the wooded area or bring a frisbee and play in the open areas. Be sure to grab an ice cream and get your picture taken in front of the canons!

The kids will love the play structures and there are soccer, rugby and baseball fields. The walking trail along the park is approximately 1 km long and is newly paved! Our kids love biking and rollerblading along it! A wonderful place to take in a walk at sunset!

Beautiful National Park! If you don’t explore it on foot or on your bike do take a drive through. The dunes are so beautiful to see!
Our family loves to explore the Robinson’s Island trail by bike! They have a small pump track for the kids at the trail entrance. The trail is smooth and has teeter totters and balance beams giving you that “mountain biking” feel!
The main beach is beautiful but it is a highly visited area so it is usually very busy. We prefer to drive a little further to Ross Lane. It can still be busy but is always a lot less busy than the main beach. If you visit Ross Lane there is a good chance you will see us there!
The north shore beaches (including this one) often experience strong rip currents. If this is something that concerns you then you should definitely check out the south shore beaches such as Canoe Cove!
