Orsay has a killer happy hour for cocktails and apps, in addition to the best menu in town, varied and wide wine list, and their Sunday brunch is an experience not to be missed. Their waitstaff is perfection, menu delicious, atmosphere cool, and overall experience cannot be topped. Reservations a must.
