This used to be a downtown food truck staple. they moved to a brick and mortar location a little bit east of downtown. it is a little bit of a drive, but the food and drinks are well worth the effort.

I love this little spot downtown for light lunch or dinner fare. the thin crust wood over pizzas are fantastic. i am also a big fan of the pollo con pesto panini (i usually substitute portobello mushrooms for the roasted red peppers on the sandwich), which comes with a small house said.

This is where I go for some of my favorite close local hiking. The parking lot can get a little bit full in the afternoons, so it is good to go early. Mountain Chalet (Downtown Across from Acacia Park) has a great color coded waterproof map called Pocket Pals. Cheyenne Canyon is Map# 3
