Hard to believe it can be so fresh in Flagstaff. But it is. Couple that with a wonderful selection of sushi rolls and a great staff and you'll be thrilled you dined at Teppan Fuji. I'm not a fan of Teppan. But the "tables" are always full of happy patrons!!
