Lula is the BEST! For almost 20 years Lula has been on the forefront of the farm to table thing. The staff are amazing, breakfast, lunch or dinner are always a fantastic and inspiring experience. Sit at the bar, on the patio or book a table. Monday evening is farm dinner, locally sourced in season fresh and delicious. Sunday brunch is insane if you can make it on any other day you will be much happier (and avoid long waits)

Best nature for 100 miles. Wonderful beaches and incredible hiking trails on top of Glacier era sand dunes. You can drive 1 hour or take the south shore train line directly to the park from Millennium Station. Really truly a surprisingly beautiful place and so close to the city.
