Swimming
Beccles Lido is a great pool for all the family. Generally the pool is heated to a comfortable temperature but during the winter months it is open for bracing cold water swimming.
The car park is small and so if you are not planning to be more than 3 hours the Tesco car park is a short walk away.
From our experience booking is not essential but recommended.

A great way to explore the quiet parts of the Norfolk Broads.
Plenty of wildlife to see...we were lucky enough to come within a few metres of an otter.

The Reedham Ferry is one of the few remaining a vehicular chain ferries in operation forming the only crossing point between the city of Norwich and Great Yarmouth and saving users a journey of more than 30 miles. It runs 0600-2200 is the best way to go and visit the village of Loddon or the town of Beccles.
