Is about an hour's drive. It was the 1st national park. If you like to walk it has a nice trail around it.

Is a beautiful drive. Especially in the fall. There are several waterfalls to see, one is a little bit of a hike to get to it.

About an hours drive west on I90. You can access the Big Horn Mountains from there. Ty Hack lake is another 30 min or so, drive up the mountain. There are other lakes and state parks too. Hiking, camping, fishing and hunting.

Gillette has several museums. The Rock Pile and Frontier are 2 that are along Hwy 14-16. You can go on a mine tour. You have to stop at the Visitor's center on Hwy 59 in the Flying J's gas station's parking lot to make a reservation. The Camplex event center has numerous and varying events all year long.
