The site of the more than a hundred-year-old submarine factory in the former Russian tsarist state has been given new life. Located next to the popular Seaplane Harbour museum, Noblessner enchants visitors with its colourful architecture, which boldly combines new and old styles. The old factory atmosphere has been best preserved in two architecturally powerful buildings – the PROTO Invention Factory and Kai Art Centre. What is remarkable about Noblessner is the equally powerful reputation of their food and drinks, right on the huge sun terrace that reaches directly over the sea during summer. You can find bistro Lore, cake café Suhkruingel, Kaif bar and Kampai restaurant, which brings together all kinds of Japanese cuisine from street food to the chef's own handwritten dishes. The summer terrace of Port Noblessner seems to be whispering: “If you’re not here, you don’t exist.” The Põhjala Tap Room, a small brewery just off Noblessner’s central square, is heaven for beer lovers. The restaurant delights its guests with a wide selection of beverages, while the menu focuses on authentic Texan barbecue dishes. In the summer, you can sit on the balcony or in the front yard.

The first Michelin restaurant in Estonia in 2022. NOA is the first Estonian restaurant to bring the latest food trends to Tallinn locals. Our dishes are made with seasonal and fresh ingredients, and we always make sure they look impressive. In addition, we are the only restaurant in Tallinn that has an aquarium, which we use for our own seafood. NOA also offers some competition for the best cocktail bars in Estonia. The list of signature cocktails is long here and several of them have already won an international award. Large windows with sea views and a cosy terrace await you so you cann enjoy both the sunset and the wonderful view of the Tallinn skyline.

In Rotermann Quarter, in the heart of Tallinn, between the Old Town, the port, and Viru Square, old industrial buildings that have been given new functions stand next to modern architecture. The industrial area started to thrivingly develop in the 19th century and it was the location for a department store, a factory that produced starch, spirit, tables, and pasta, a mill that produced bread, flour, and groat, buildings of a steam saw, and a salt warehouse, which is one of the most unique preserved limestone structures in Estonia. Currently, the building houses the Museum of Estonian Architecture, which was built on the basis of a design by a Baltic German Ernst Boustedt in 1908. There are several restaurants, shops, and the multiplex Coca Cola Plaza in Rotermann Quarter.
