This is a very unique restaurant featuring rotating local chefs. The chefs prepare the food right in front of you and are happy to explain everything about their process while cooking for you. The 5 course menu is based on what the chefs buy earlier in the day, but they are happy to adapt a dish based on dietary restrictions. You have to call ahead to book a seat at (843) 789-4342. Seats book pretty far in advance, but sometimes there is a same day cancellation so you might get lucky!
