“Queen St West, or West Queen West as it's known locally, is Toronto's premier walking street, full of small shops and boutiques, coffee shops and restaurants. It's not a tourist street; it's where Torontonians go to shop and play and live. You could devote an entire visit to just walking Queen Street, from Parkdale in the west, through the shopping district right through downtown. Further east, the neighbourhood of Leslieville offers great restaurants and a friendly vibe. Queen St continues even further east, eventually ending up in the iconic Beach neighbourhood, where the city meets the lake and where each year the Beach Jazz Festival, well jazzes up the scene.”

“I attended a Harry Styles concert here and the experience was amazing. Many popular artists come to this stadium. Scotiabank Arena, formerly Air Canada Centre, is a multi-purpose arena located on Bay Street in the South Core district of Downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is the home of the Toronto Maple Leafs of the National Hockey League (NHL), the Toronto Raptors of the National Basketball Association (NBA) and the Toronto Rock of the National Lacrosse League (NLL). ”

“Into fashion? Star gazing? Come here! This is where all the designer shops are and where all the celebs go. There are a lot of great restaurants up here as well - Café Nervosa ($$$) is GREAT though I’m not going to lie I only went there because Beyoncé did. Pasta was flawless. ”

“This relaxed neighbourhood with a small-town vibe is a top summer destination, drawing families and tourists to its sandy beaches and quaint boardwalk. Vibrant Queen Street East features colourful shops, intimate bistros and hip bars, along with homey bakeries and ice cream parlours. Kew Gardens park offers skating and tennis, and hosts The Beaches International Jazz Festival. Our favourite restaurant in the upper beaches is Budapest (a small authentic Hungarian spot) with the best chicken paprikash and nokedli. Our favourite take out in the lower beaches (closer to the water) is Beach Fish Out with take-away lobster rolls, seafood chowder etc. We also love Breakwall BBQ and Smokehouse - slow-smoked local meats & a full menu of comfort-food fare in a rustic setting.”
