In Budelli Island it will be possible see the famous 'Pink Beach' the only one in the world. Lunch on board will offred by the capitan with tipical sardish appetizzer and wine, pasta, sweet , coffe and tipical liquor . Una divertentissima esperienza in SUP, adatta anche a chi non ha mai usato una tavola stand up paddle, nella bellissima Golfo Aranci. Dopo una lezione teorica e delle prove in acqua imparerete a navigare in sicurezza con la tavola SUP. Partiremo dalla spiaggia dei baracconi alla scoperta delle bellissime calette del golfo. Panorami mozzafiato, acqua cristallina e spiagge meravigliose fanno da cornice a questa divertente esperienza tra sport e natura. Costeggeremmo l’isola di Figarolo con i suoi bellissimi fondali, faremo una sosta su una piccola spiaggia dell’isola dove vi offriremo, a seconda dell’orario scelto, colazione o aperitivo con prodotti rigorosamente made in Sardinia!! Altra tappa è Cala moresca dove ci si potrà rilassare e fare dei bagni. Questo Golfo è popolato da una famiglia di delfini Tursiopi (bottle nose) e con un pò di fortuna, potremmo ammirarli mentre nuotano e giocano. Take a break from the bustle of the city, there is a fantastic world just around the corner! After a short briefing we first snake around huge boulders while the white limestone cliff gets higher and higher and the water takes every shade of blue. It is here that we realize that there's not a better way to explore this breathtaking corner than easily sitting on a kayak. On our route we find small beaches cutted into the cliff, bunkers of the second world war, caves and different kind of birds. Our destination is a sandy little beach, quite difficult to reach by foot because set into the rock, where we can stretch our legs and wear our snorkeling kits, there's another world to explore! On our way back we change perspective and our attention is captured by details that we had not noticed before, enjoying every single meter. Civilization is waiting for us, the good thing is that now we can have a well deserved drink!

Our day begins at 10am in the morning, as we set sail in the lovely Alghero Bay. We will spend the day visiting unique and unspoiled places in an eco-friendly sailboat. Having spent years exploring the waters off Alghero, I know of all the perfect spots. The cruise includes ample time for snorkeling, swimming, sightseeing, and relaxing. Also included in the afternoon is a homemade Italian lunch, paired with a good wine, and followed by a delicious cup of fresh coffee.

Il tour parte dal porto e si naviga verso est in direzione del Poetto, la spiaggia cittadina di Cagliari passando davanti a S.Elia, Cala Bernat, Cala Mosca e il vecchio stabulario, Cala Fighera dove faremo la prima sosta per il bagno se le condizioni lo permettono, la Grotta dei Colombi dove vedremo la faccia del Diavolo e dove verrà raccontata la legenda che da il nome alla Sella del Diavolo per arrivare alle piscine di Gasole dove le scogliere bianche sovrastano il mare cristallino color smeraldo del Golfo degli Angeli… se il mare fosse agitato e non permette la sosta lì si proseguirà sino alla prima fermata del Poetto dove le acque sono più calme Dopo una pausa per immergersi nelle acque del golfo per fare Snorkelling si riprenderà il viaggio per far rientro al porto. Un’esperienza di tre ore intense a contatto con la natura a bordo di una splendida barca a vela, confortevole, condotta da uno skipper esperto e accolti da una hostess che vi racconterà leggende e storia antica dei posti che vedremo lungo tutto il viaggio. La crociera giornaliera nel golfo che vi propongo si differenzia da tutte le altre che potete reperire, infatti durante la crociera vi guiderò a fare delle esperienze naturalistiche straordinarie, avrete la possibilità di partecipare a vari tour di snorkeling da me guidati che vi porterò a scoprire le meraviglie dei nostri fondali ricchi di vita sottomarina. Starò con voi tutta la giornata e grazie alla mia profonda conoscenza della costa sapró raccontarvi nel dettaglio tutte le vicende e le caratteristiche del territorio che visiterete, a fine giornata vi sarà offerto un aperitivo a bordo. Durata 7 ore, partenza presso banchina del rifornitore del porto di Cala Gonone in porto a Cala Gonone sempre nella stessa banchina. le barca è dotata di tendalino parasole, un piccolo frigorifero, ampio prendi sole, poltroncine e divenenti, sono previste 5 soste che possono variare a seconda delle condizioni meteo per farvi vivere al meglio la giornata, normalmente sono: Caletta Ziu Santoru, Cala Luna, Cala Sisine (sosta pranzo troverete wc e punto ristoro), Piscine di Venere, Cala Goloritzè. vedremo oltre 40km di costa incontaminata. Voi dovrete solo godervi il mare la compagnia e sperare di incontrare qualche bel pesce da salutare durante i tour di snorkeling che vi proporró durante la giornata!

Potrete vedere come si produce il tipico pecorino sardo, dal primo step della colatura del latte fino alla formazione della forma di formaggio. Nell'attesa che la cagliata sia pronta potrete gustare un aperitivo con salumi e vino di produzione propria. Assisterete all'arte della caseificazione che ancora si conserva e si tramanda per generazioni e che permette di produrre uno dei cibi più genuini della nostra regione.

Facilmente riconoscibile per la scultura di un delfino sopra uno scoglio in mezzo al mare , la spiaggia dello scoglio lungo è la nostra base di partenza. Scogliere rocciose a piattaforma , pareti strapiombanti e piccole spiaggette guideranno questo nuovo nostro tour . La costa irregolare e frastagliata si presenta ricca di insenature , nelle quali si aprono numerose grotte, armatevi di coraggio… la grotta dell’inferno vi attende. N.B. Per il rispetto dei fragilissimi habitat,delle normative locali e per la nostra e vostra sicurezza, non sarà possibile entrare nelle grotte con rischio frana.

Die Tour führt dich in den "Osten" von Cagliari. Das historische Zentrum mit all seinen alten Sehenswürdigkeiten lassen wir hinter uns und begeben uns an den Rand der Stadt. Auf einer flachen Fahrradtour zeige ich dir einen interessanten Weg zum Meer, wo du im "Golf der Engel" baden gehen kannst. Unterwegs wirst du erfahren, was der "Sattel des Teufels" am äußersten Rand der Stadt zu suchen hat und wie lecker ein "Capuccino" hier schmeckt. Außerdem erfährst du, wo der einheimische Fußballverein "Cagliai Calcio" gegen die Topteams der "Serie A" spielt und wo 1970 der bisher einzige italienische Meistertitel gewonnen werden konnte. Auf der Rückfahrt genießt du einen tollen Blick auf das "Castello" von Cagliari. Wir fahren außerdem durch die Salinen von "Molentargius", wo früher Salz produziert wurde. Heute lebt dort das "Rote Volk“, die Flamingos, die wir hoffentlich auch beobachten können. All das und vielleicht sogar noch mehr möchte ich dir auf einer angenehmen, 3,5-stündigen Fahrradtour näherbringen. I will wait for you in my old Gallura farmhouse. we will start with a presentation and welcome invitation. We will start Pasta Class: kneed and shape a Sardinian ancien pasta. I will tell you anecdotes and stories making your mind relax. will be like a back intime to life of my ancestors. You will live a few hours according to the rhythms of Sardinian family. It is all very easy and enjoyable. Finish the pasta class we will move inside the village to visit the small artisan winery and learn about our wine, the Battista wine, and the stages of processing with the ancient method. We'll go back home and i will prepare a special lunch/dinner for you. I will conquered your palates with flavors of Arimani (yesterday), the food of my ancestors, the products of one of the most ancient lands in the world and among the dishes, one in particular will surprise and excite you, leaving you with the memory of a magical holiday in the land of Nuraghi, of crystalline sea, of millenary traditions.

This experience is not the usual, commercial tour where you will feel like a dumb passenger on a boat powered by an engine!!! With us, you will experience a real hands-on sailing tour on a fast cruiser-racer sailboat, a Beneteau First 33.7. This boat has a vast sail wardrobe which allows us to reach the most beautiful coves of the area under sail, either in a light breeze or in more windy conditions: we guarantee the engine will be used only in absence of wind; and, best of all, Paolo, the experienced skipper, will show you how to steer and trim the sails. When we meet, Paolo will explain some basic safety rules, and then we will start the tour. The suggested destination is the "Devil's Saddle" promontory, so called after an old legend. We will drop anchor to swim in crystal clear waters in a wonderful cove, and, during the summer, will swim with you to discover the secret “Purple Cave”. While sailing, you will admire breathtaking landscapes and cliffs, which will be described in details. If we are lucky, dolphins will follow us during the navigation! Generally, the morning experience is gifted with light winds, making it ideal for a stopover in calm waters (which is ideal for swimmers), whereas the afternoon tour is ideal for sailing in stronger winds. In case of wavy seas, anchoring and swimming might be not possible due to safety reasons.

Join me for a Hatha Yoga class at this breathless location by this little gem Beach called Cala Murr’e Porcu. If the wood beach platform is reserved for events (weddings, various reservations...) the Yoga class will be held in the splendid setting of Parco dei Nervi wood platform Waterfront.
