Latin Amerikan Restoranı
“This is the place for your special occasion, just be sure to make reservations well in advance. Rudy & Paco is the only restaurant in town that has a dress code, so don't be bop in there in shorts and a tank top. It's also located right next door to The 1894 Grand Theater, so it's great for a romantic date night out. I've only been here twice - I'm just not much of a "fine dining" kind of gal. But I really enjoyed the Filete de Pargo Parrilla (grilled gulf‏ red snapper topped with cilantro cream sauce). ”

Deniz Ürünleri Restoranı
“This is absolutely on our list each time we go to Galveston. The menu contains food from breakfast to dinner and there's no bad time to eat there. Coffee and breakfast with a view of the Gulf is mandatory for us when we're there. They open at 8am so be there to get a table! There can be a 2 hour wait during busy season and they don't take reservations. Off season is easy to get right in. It's a staple in Galveston and the interior design is really cool.”

“The Bryan Museum has an incredible collection of historic items. They have exhibits that change. The vast history and rich culture is on display at the Bryan. The back of the Bryan is home to our local Galveston's Own Farmer's Market, Thursdays from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 12 noon! Check it out.”
