This Modern apartment has it all! Just a 7 minute walk to the beach, this unit is located right off of the A1A and Atlantic Blvd in the beautiful Pompano Beach, which was ranked #5 by Money Magazine for best quality, cost and value.

Unit features 2 bedrooms each with Queen size bed. Master bedroom with private bathroom, and Guest bedroom has separate bathroom. Fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, Dining area, shared laundry room, screen enclosed patio w/table, chairs, BBQ, backyard, free Wi-Fi, and 2 parking spaces. For the little ones, we have a pack-n-play, and high chair available for rent. Unit also has beach chairs and umbrella for guest use.

Enjoy all this family friendly community has to offer including beachside playgrounds, grills and picnic tables at Friedt Park just 6 minutes by vehicle from property. There are plenty of attractions nearby, such as Amphitheatre, Municipal Golf Course, and Anglin’s Fishing Pier, all within 3 miles (5 km). Just bring your bathing suit and you are ready for the warm ocean water, beautiful sandy beach and unending sunshine.

Other units available at this location include another identical 2-bedroom apartment and (2) Studio apartments. Special rates for long term rentals.

Covid-19 Notice:
Our property is clean, safe and ready for your arrival. We follow all local, State and federal requirements for maintenance, cleaning, disinfection, and sanitizing of this property in order to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness. When you arrive, you will find gentle reminders and helpful infographics on COVID-19 safety as well as a clearly posted notice stating the date and time that the house was last cleaned and sanitized. To comply with social distancing guidelines, we will welcome you remotely with our web check-in procedures, but we are here for you! For any questions or concerns about your stay, resources on COVID-19, and the strict procedures we follow to prepare this house in-between guests, please contact us directly by message. We will be happy to provide you all the information needed to set your mind at ease.

Important Booking Requirements and Information:
- Strict 21 Booking Age Requirement. Please do not proceed with booking if you do not meet this requirement.

- Managed by an experienced management company to communicate with for all needs from booking to checkout and everything in between. We provide toiletries, all linens and towels, dishwashing liquid, 1 paper towel, hand soap, 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, 2 trash bags per bin, and laundry detergent.
- Self Check-In anytime with a digitally coded keypad entry. Check-In time is at 3pm or 4pm if housekeeping requires it.
- Early check-In's or Late Check-Out's are subject to housekeeping availability and have an additional fee.
- All guests are required to register themselves in the Visitors Log. Name and Phone number required for each guest.
- Maximum Occupancy is Strict. Prior authorization from Management is required for any additional guests/visitors, $25/person fee applies.
- Strict Noise Restriction - Absolutely NO parties, NO loud gatherings/groups. Consideration of neighbors is required, they will call us with any complaints. City imposed noise citations are possible and will be charged back to guests.
- Absolutely NO smoking inside unit/home. $100-$200 fine applies if home/unit smells of smoke.
- No Pets allowed.
- Cleaning service available for an extra cost.
- Note shared laundry room is used by housekeeping for turn-over cleanings as well.
- Baby play pen and high chair available for $5/day rental fee, prior notice required for arranging delivery.
- White binder named "Information Booklet" located in home provides Wi-Fi details and all other specifics regarding home.
- Maxima/Homeaway/VRBO Bookings require a $500 soft hold on credit card, and an extra 3.5% non-refundable credit card processing fee on any credit card payments (just 1% if paid by debit).
- Direct Maxima Bookings require a Signed Standard Rental Contract, Identification, and a picture of any card used as form of payment (only need last 4 numbers).
