Cozy private 3 bedroom cottage set back from Rustico rd in Oysterbed, close to Brackley National Park (and the beach!) The cottage is fully equipped with all the extras :)
Centrally located in the populair Green Gables Shore Area this cottage is 1-2 hours away from east- and west-point.

Located in Oysterbed, PEI this spacious 3 bedroom, 1100 square feet family cottage is located in a specious but cozy area near Brackley and is a 5 minute drive from Brackley Beach National Park and the Brackley Drive-In, with a 20 minute drive by the coast you will be in Cavendish, home of the Cavendish Beach music festival.

The cottage features a nicely sized deck in the front with a nice set of table and chairs. There is a place to make a bonfire behind the cottage and there is a bbq with propane to use.
On the field there is a play-set for kids and there is enough backyard space to run around and do outdoor games.
You can pick-up firewood at road side stands or the gas station nearby.

To accommodate two adults and up to four children/adults.
There is one queen bed upstairs in the master bedroom.
The second bedroom on the main-floor accommodates 2 children or adults in a double bed.
Downstairs there is a spacious bedroom with queen bed!
Please note that this is a basement room, it's fine to use, it just might be less than you expected. It will always be nice and cool in the summer but it has all the quirks that come with a basement room.

The comfortable open concept living room with smart TV that has internet access should you like to log in to your netflix account or other services ( there is no cable television). Dependent on your cell phone you can also use the 'share your screen' feature.
Than there is the Kitchen with full stove/drip coffee maker/microwave, and full sized fridge.
Right beside the kitchen there is a bathroom with towels and some left essentials.
The double bedroom is on the main floor as well. The dining room is tucked away in a corner with the stairs up to the queen bedroom.

In the basement you will find our storage room (locked), the laundry room with brand-new washer and dryer, and the third bedroom! :)
There is a dehumidifier in the basement which you can use as the basement can feel humid at times.

If you follow Rustico rd, close to the Esso you will find this beautiful cottage.
The location is ideal. You are basically on the middle of the island. In less than 30 min you will be in the centre of Charlottetown where you can enjoy a nice beverage by night on Victoria row. The music, good food and decorated trees make this definitely a must see. Brackley beach is on a 5 min. drive! Right at the beginning of the park you will find the beach. But a drive through the park is also beautiful. You are never far away from some sight seeing! Also there is the famous brackley drive-in theatre on 5 minutes. Definitely a must see too! Arrive early, it is always super busy.

Our cottages are inspected and are up to date to all government standards and safety features. Our license # is (Phone number hidden by Airbnb)
It is our goal to simplify airbnb as much as we can and leave guests to enjoy their vacation. I am answering all questions you might have and maybe not even thought of in the house manual and there is an informative binder in the cottage to all the closest stores, attractions and other gems.
We are always available when needed and you will see us regularly to clean cottages or perform other tasks. Feel free to come chat if you feel like it, other than that we will just leave you be as long everything seems okay!

When you book and it's confirmed, then is your stay reserved. You receive all booking information from airbnb. The check-in information will be available 24 hours before your check-in.
All our cottages are entered by lockbox so you will be able to check-in whenever you feel like it. Please respect the check-in times and don't arrive before that.
