The flat is well equipated with all you need. Location is really close to the beach area, Universities, harbour, Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias is not so far.
I am living with my old brother and his son. You can coming back home late at night without problems, inclusive the check in day.
Room is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, a chair and a table and a desklamp.
Kitchen area: Oven, Washmachine, Microwave, Coffemaker, etc.
Outside Terrace with a table and 4 chairs to enjoy the sun is also possible.
1 complete Bathroom.
