Wake up refreshed in the morning with a view of the pond through the large sliding glass door with access to the deck. En-suite bath with a large rainfall shower and spa tub. INDOOR LIVING: Spacious open layout, formal dining table, lofted area with yoga space. Full bathroom just off the living room. Air conditioning and heating throughout to keep you cool or warm all year long.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances, kitchen island with quartz countertops, tea kettle, wine rack, toaster oven, microwave, blender, cooking basics, dishes & flatware, water & wine glasses and mugs.
COFFEE STATION: Burr grinder, 12 cup drip pot, French press, and pour over. Regular and Decaf ground coffee, creamer, and a variety of tea is provided.
HOT TUB: Private 6 person hot tub overlooking the pond, with an outdoor shower. Available year-round.
ENTERTAINMENT: Ground level game room, 50” 4K flat-screen Smart TV with Netflix, board games and a badminton set.
YOGA ROOM: Yoga mats and blocks, with accessories and books provided.
GYM ROOM: Exercise bike, rowing machine, medicine ball, weights, exercise bands, as well as a desk for office work.
PARKING: Parking for multiple cars, 2 car garage. Early parking or bag storage available upon request.
Everything you need for a great stay - Fast WiFi, keyless entry, outdoor shower, toiletries, linens, towels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, laundry machines and detergent, trash bags, paper towels, first aid kit, bug spray, sunscreen, flashlight, weekly trash pick-up, and more are all provided. House Rules:
I agree to the following terms and understand that if any of these rules are broken I will be removed from the property and/or fined:
SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking inside the home. We take this very seriously and if you do there will be a $1,000 fine. Please enjoy yourself outside and dispose of your products in the trash. Please, do not litter cigarettes on our beautiful property.
CHECK IN TIME: Check in is anytime after 4pm and check out is strictly 11am. First and last name of all guests checking in are required. Early check in or late check out must be requested and approved prior to arrival at a fee of $40 an hour.
EXTRA GUESTS: No parties or events. Only the amount of people listed in your reservation are allowed in the property. Please be aware of the extra guest fee. After 6 guests the fees are $70 per person, per night. Children under 2 are free.
SEPTIC SYSTEM: Please make sure to only flush toilet paper and nothing else. No grease, oil, or coffee grounds can go down the sink. If the septic clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to have a plumber come to repair.
PETS: Dogs are not permitted. If a dog is seen or suspected you will be billed $500.
HOT TUB: You must shower before using the hot tub. You must agree to and sign the hot tub disclosure after booking for us to have it ready for you. Hot tub rules that are violated and cause the hot tub to be damaged or drained will be a $500 fine.
SECURITY: You will be given a unique code to the smart-lock keypad that will expire at the end of your visit. There is one doorbell camera that monitors the front door and garage and is only checked during arrival and departure unless suspicious activity is suspected. Tampering with the camera will result in immediate removal from the property without refund.
FIREPLACE & FIRE PIT: Indoor fireplace use is strictly prohibited. You are welcome to use the outdoor fire pit. Please make sure you have extinguished all embers after use. No candles allowed inside the property.
BOATS: Kayaks and a canoe are available for use at your own risk. If using the kayaks or the canoe, life vests (provided) must be worn at all times.
CHECK OUT: Upon departure, turn off all air conditioning and lights, place any used towels on the bathroom floor, and lock all doors. Clean out the refrigerator of any perishable food generated during your stay and make sure all dishes and cookware are clean and loaded into the dishwasher. To the best of your ability, please leave the home in the condition that you found it. Thank you!
OTHER: This agreement may not be sublet or assigned to any other party. This is a vacation rental agreement only and does not constitute residency. No mail is to be sent to you at this address. Exercise equipment to be used at your own risk. Please do not eat or drink inside the bedrooms. A $200 fee will be assessed if the space is left filthy beyond normal cleaning standards. If any of the rules are not respected you will be asked to leave without refund. Thank you for your understanding.
