Parking notes: There is free parking for 2 vehicles. Parking spaces are not dedicated. The parking garage is located underneath the building. Guests may park anywhere in the garage. Once guests have checked in, they will need to display parking passes at all times while in the garage. There is a maximum of two vehicles per condo. No scooters, golf carts, rentable mini vehicles, boats, or trailers are allowed on the property.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
