Location of the apartment is just perfect for exploring city of Zadar: green market is just a step away from apartment building, and all the city atractions- such as Zadar Forum, St. Donat's church, Zadar Chatedrale- are in 5 minutes of walk range. Also , best city's restaurants and coffe bars are in close vicinity of the apartment building . Parking is public , with extra charge. Apartment is located approx 15 minutes away from one of the best city's beaches - Kolovare.

My name is Vjeran and I am the owner and host of Apartment Andrea. I have met a lot of great people from all over the world while working in tourism.
Since I get a lot of reservations every day, I share my work with my partner agency so I can offer a better service to all my guests. They are a professional property management company helping me every day to manage my reservations. This local agency from Dubrovnik acts as a connection point, by both maximising the potential for the renters (myself) and carrying for guests along every step of the way. They started to work with friends and neighbours and with time, they saw an opportunity to create an agency. That way the renters and myself have more time to be at guests disposal in person.
You will be meeting me at the property, I will give you the keys, while my partners from the agency communicate with my guests online. If you call our contact number you will reach their reservation department. They will help you with everything you might need. You don't have to worry, they will keep me informed about your arrival and needs, and I will be waiting for you at the accommodation to welcome you for a great start of your holidays :)
