Want more then just a room at a hotel? This is an efficiency apartment located extremely close to Fort Sill. It does include wifi, and you have a full kitchen. If you have any special request please don't hesitate to let us know. It's cheaper then a hotel with WAY more space

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal. Depending on the results of our guest screening tool, we will require some guests to provide us with their credit card information primarily intended for additional verification. Some guests may be required a security deposit. 2 pets are allowed in the property but we charge a nonrefundable pet cleaning fee of $50 per stay. My team is available daily between 7 AM to 10 PM CT to address your questions and concerns. For any food deliveries, Door Dash, McDelivery (McDonald's), GrubHub, 2eatn, Bite Squad, and Uber Eats will deliver them all to you. The normal sleeping capacity is 3 but we allow up to a maximum of 4 guests per reservation. We charge an Additional Guest Fee of $15 per person per night for the 4th guest. Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $25 per person per night. The Standard check-in time is at 3 PM Central. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM Central will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM Central. Late check-out requests are subject to availability. Check-outs after 3 PM Central will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate.

We send the check-in instructions at approximately 10 AM on the day of check-in. A door code will be included in the instruction but will be inoperable until the standard check-in time of 3 PM. The door code becomes invalid at 11 AM on the day of check-out. Please let us know right away if you are checking in early or checking out late.
