Complete with a satellite TV, DVD player, gas fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. You'll have a queen size bed, a queen size sofa sleeper and one full bathroom with a shower/tub. The sliding glass door opens to your private deck w/ a table and chairs and an electric grill.

I have a 2 night minimum stay during the high season (April - September), December 24-31 and all weekends unless I have a single night available in between 2 reservations . A 3 night minimum stay during holiday weekends - Thanksgiving, Martin Luther King weekend and Presidents Day weekend. I do make exceptions during the off season, midweek unless I have a single night available in between 2 reservations.

Hi:) I grew up in Newport Beach, California. Even though I was l fortunate to live at the beach, my parents loved the Sierras so we spent a lot of family vacations in Yosemite; hiking, skiing and river rafting. Now I'm sharing the best of both worlds with my 3 children and have properties in both places. Yosemite and Newport Beach are 2 of the most spectacular places in the world!
