Unwind at a stylish home that evokes the spirit of the sea within a comfortable, family-friendly home. This incredible retreat is situated on the end of the street with unobstructed preserve views to the east and a vast side yard. The plushly furnished living room shows off the home's style: cool ocean tones with comfortable eclectic touches. It boasts a 75” 4K UHD Smart TV to stream your favorite movies and shows and a coffee table stocked with board and card games. The nearby open kitchen features a French door refrigerator and Keurig and drip coffee makers as well as a long breakfast bar that seats four guests for a casual meal. The nearby dining table seats 10. This entire home is cooled by central air conditioning, but the balcony is perfect the spot to take in some fresh air. It also boasts seating for six around a convenient outdoor dining area and two rockers. A private washer/dryer sets this home up perfectly for groups or families. Enjoy sipping a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail on the patio. All bedrooms feature a 55” 4K UHD Smart TV, but what makes the primary bedroom stand out is the office desk plus a wireless printer. Guests can enjoy access to shared amenities during their stay, including two pools, a hot tub, and a fitness room. This home is also less than 13 miles from Naval Air Station Pensacola, home of the world-famous Blue Angels!
