A true mountain refuge! Tucked into the woods and a short walk to the lake, this home is a safe haven where you can breathe deeper and enjoy the beauty and respite of nature . The Retreat at Waters Edge is a gated tiny home community that combines the serene woodlands of the mountains with the luxury of waterfront living. The area boasts incredible hiking trails, one of a kind restaurants, and the stunning University of the South in Sewanee. Day trips to Chattanooga and Atlanta are also fun!

Mekân
With high ceilings, lots of windows and soothing décor this 400 sq. foot tiny home doesn't feel tiny. The home has a full sized refrigerator, shower, washer and dryer. There is a large deck with an outdoor living seating area, a table for six on the deck, two swings and a BBQ. There is also a fire pit for evening bonfires.

This gated community has a 95 acre calm water lake. You are welcome to bring kayaks, canoes or paddle boards and enjoy the water. There are are several public access fishing docks.

This area is full of stunning hiking trails. Foster Falls and the Fiery Gizzard Trail are just 15 min away.

You don’t want to miss The University of the South Campus. It 10 miles away and the most a gorgeous campus filled with history and gothic architecture.

Chattanooga is just 45 min away. The IMAX, Aquarium, Ruby Falls and much more all make for a great day trip.

There are also some great restaurant options including Up in Smoke, Papa Ron’s Italian, The Blue Chair, Mountain Goat Market, and High Point Restaurant.
