Welcome! If you are in NY for a vacation, business, or just a short layover or or want to get away from your home for a week due to quarantine days, you've found the perfect place to call your home. Tastefully decorated, ultra-clean with a ton of sunlight. Great for families in the summer. The best of this place is that located at the heart of Long Island, you don't need to go until The Hamptons to enjoy a perfect place!.

Gorgeous modern house with a ton of sunlight. This house is a fantastic space for your stay in Long Island, NY. Comfortably sleeps eight & lots of special design touches. As you arrive, this place will be waiting for you, so you can relax and feel right at home, and 3,400 square feet in Bellport! Superb curb appeal with large, lush front lawn, beautiful trees, and patio with wood deck, perfect for a morning cup of coffee, with a private home gym Great way to start your morning!. Front entryway leads into a spacious living room with tile flooring and fireplace, a lot of natural light. The floorplan flows into the formal dining room with, chandelier, and wonderful large windows. Around the corner is the updated kitchen with lovely cabinetry, huge center island with electric range and Coffe Maker, all SS appliances, and views of the backyard. Enjoy some rest & relaxation in the home's family TV room with the AC unit. Three well-appointed bedrooms are located upstairs, all with carpet flooring A/C unit. two full bathrooms upstairs and include a shower/tub, and a magnificent skylight. One bedroom was converted to an office that you can find a perfect place to work as needed.  The backyard is an entertainer's dream with a tranquil setting surrounded by tall trees. The patio is great for outdoor dining, plus the firepit spot provides a relaxing retreat. Fantastic neighborhood in a convenient location, with easy access to Sunrise Hwy. 5 min from Southaven County Park, with
Bird Watching, Camping, Hiking, trails, and many amenities. and  15 min from the Atlantic Ocean Beach in Smith Point County Park, with many beach Activities. The perfect place to stay in NY, also if you don't want to miss the emblematic Places of the city the train station is 10 min away, in one and a half hours you are in the Big City by train, Imagine that journey.

Hello and thank you for the interest! Please look at my other reviews as the home or apartment, is so comfortable and beautifully appointed. I do have basic consideration rules in place to be sure that this is a win/win situation. Take a look, let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I am here to help and make this a great experience for you and your family.  I specify many things according to my experience and the questions of many guests. Please also review the housel rules and additional notes.

House Manual and some House rules.
 As a Host, my aim is to ensure that you have as comfortable a stay as you possibly can. I want you and your guests to create lasting memories during your stay in our house.
But to do so, I would really appreciate it if you could follow the below house rules. I know, I know, rules are boring… But these rules ensure we can provide future guests with a great experience.
  Some simple “things” that I would greatly appreciate  
Most important items-
-- Please respect the home as if it was yours
-- Watch the furniture and accessories.  
-- No unbooked visitors or additional guests are allowed on the premises. Please be advised that extra guests beyond the number originally booked will be grounds for immediate cancellation of the booking. I'm very strict with this rule, my co-listing follow each booking, we have a camera so we will know the numbers of guests. Please if you are planning a visit or more friends let the owners know probably we can allow extra guests for an extra fee, and accommodated them as well.
--Communication is extremely important. No events/Parties without permission and communication with the owner. also, if something is broken, or lost you will need to let the owners know.
--Additionally, r tenant sometimes occupies the accessory apartment, totally independent). please don't ask if is occupied. the apartment is attached to the house but not share any space with the house. just the driveway and is just for parking cars. (Maxx three cars)

We will go over and beyond to be sure you stay in the best possible stay. No loud music at all. Please note that service contractors such as lawn maintenance, pool services, irrigation specialists have access to the home (Backyard). Their schedules will be communicated to the best of my knowledge in advance, however. Any guest's refusal will incur their cancellation fee.  
- You can receive packages during your stay.
- Help yourself to anything in the kitchen. We supply tea and coffee, as well as cooking utensils should you wish to cook. My only request is that you wash all dishes and utensils prior to leaving. Please do not use cleaning products for the oven or fridge. the cost of deep cleaning is within your total hosting payment.
- we have a laundry on the 2nd Fl, washer, and dryer available for use, only for long stays over 7 days.
- You don't need to take off your shoes, but we prefer no shoes on the bedroom carpet.- Please do not light candles in the bedrooms. don't forget to blow out the candles when you go out or before bed.- We have outlets in the patio. I will leave som post tip
- The fireplace in the main house and is closed in summer. -  The house has manual air conditioning units, turn off and on as necessary. we just ask a favor if you be outside for many hours please turn it off.
-  Is a  baseboard Heat with one zone thermostat, please text me immediately if you have issues.
-  Please do not touch the pool equipment. If you need anything, just let me know.
-  Please respect block doors.  just one closet and some office cupboards will be closed.
-  Please be careful with the cordless wooden blinds.
-  Please no smoking on the property. This includes the deck and sunroom- you can do it on the patio far from the wood deck. No vaping or drugs.- Trash should be taken to the bins to the left of the house. for a long stay please ask about the schedule.
-  There is a wifi and password information in the Welcome book 
-  you must be dry before entering the house. do not enter the house wet under any circumstances, the floor is tiled, even the sunroom it is really slippery and dangerous. this is important-  Please limit the use of towels and re
- Use the towels or wash them. Detergent is in the laundry room
-  Please do not re-arrange the throw blankets or books/items in the house. Please do not re-arrange the furniture
- PLEASE put everything back in its place.
-  Please email/text or call with anything. It is easier to ask than to try and figure it out
-  When you leave- Can you put everything back.  AC units off and light off, please.
-  Please turn off the lights when not in use
- Please DO NOT LEAVE LIGHTS ON OVERNIGHT. specially backyard lights.
-  Please note that the house is NOT an investment property, it is a residential home
- Please watch the walls with the luggage.
-  Please limit cars in the driveway- Three max
-  No Parties- No Events - No pets.  THIS will result in the termination of the hosting.
- NO professional help without permission from the owner. No Chefs, No Maids, No Staff, No Yoga instructors, No massage therapist, no professional help/service. If this occurs, the lease will be terminated without a refund. 
- Help yourself to anything in the kitchen. We supply tea and coffee, as well as cooking utensils should you wish to cook. My only request is that you wash all dishes and utensils prior to leaving. - Only people listed to the lease have access to the house. No dinner parties or random guests. This is not a party house. NO "just having people over drinks" if they are not listed on the lease.

-  if you use the grill, PLEASE PLEASE CLEAN it! Empty the leftovers in the fridge.
- toilet paper and Paper towel replacements are appreciated
- PLEASE, This is not a Hotel. This is my home, clean up, put stuff back in order, and please do not mess up the home. I will be sure to do my part but I need you to not treat this home as a hotel. Treat it like your home.
POOL RULES------- Minors under the age of 18 shall not utilize the pool unsupervised(this is important). Unsupervised use by children is strictly prohibited. Never leave children alone in the vicinity of the pool. Do not add anything to the water, including foaming bubbles, chemicals or bath oils, etc. If any of the above items are added, additional cleaning fees will be assessed. No candles or glass is allowed in the pool area or in the pool. No Shoes are allowed in the pool. Absolutely no pets are allowed in the pool. Absolutely no electrical appliances should be used in or near the pool. If any damage occurs to the pool liner, the guest is responsible for a full replacement of the pool liner. Guests agree to fully reimburse and indemnify operators for damage caused to the pool during the stay, including damage caused by any person. The pool is serviced and chemically treated weekly. Surrounding patio/deck may be slippery when wet. By this web page, accepting this agreement, guests agree to abide by the above conditions and hereby swear the information provided above is true. Guest agrees to the terms has read and understands the cancellation policy and give to Airbnb permission to charge credit card accordingly.

this neighborhood is unique because it is located in the heart of Long Island, it is not necessary to reach the end of  LI to enjoy the quiet and beautiful houses. Also, you are not so far from the city by car to the JFK airport, typically 55 min - 1 hr 15 min. and by train you also get to The Big Apple, enjoying a beautiful journey.

also, the house is located near parks that offer trails, hiking, camping, fishing, and many more activities 5 min away. It is also close to the ocean beach at Smith Point County Park and close to the lake beach of Ronkonkoma, and, if you prefer to go to Fire Island, is 25 min of Bayshore, where you can take the Fire Island Ferries.

It's a lot in one place, including an aquarium with children's activities and a Splish Splash Water Park (Calverton), 20 min away, and many other nearby parks.

I am Home Stager, Life Coach, I also love making resin Art. But that is not the end. I have a wonderful career achieving in 2015 my Master Degree in Organizational and Corporate Communication, I love to travel and explore new places, although right now I can't be much for the baby. I use Airbnb whenever I get a chance and I really enjoy it both as a traveler and a host. In recent years I have been more dedicated to real estate, helping my husband, and coaching, I think it is a good thing to tell them that I wrote a book in Spanish entitled How Happy you Are ? (Que tan Feliz eres), a text for change and personal growth . I firmly believe that we can pursue our dreams! Being from different cultures, I must say that I like to give space to the guests, that they can feel at home, although I am always close, I like to think that they feel comfortable when I do not disturb them. Even my husband and I think differently, he wants to talk to everyone and invite them over for a beer. I leave it to the discretion of each guest because each trip has its purpose.

What I like the most is that they say if they need something, because as the owner we want their experience to be very pleasant. I feel happy when they enjoy every space, the pool, the grill, the firepit, the porch, also the fireplace in winter.

We have a welcome book, there are things we have summarized, but there may be many other questions, and we are not bothered by them asking.
