This is beautifully remodeled property located only 10 minutes away from the Beach or Dowtown Hollywood. It is a 2 Bedroom/1 Bathroom house located in a Triple House configuration. It is the back property, right gate access. The place is private, but shares the backyard, the pool and the Laundry Facility with the other guests and tenants. As for all properties in South Florida is very common to see insects and lizards around and inside the property, despite the pest control made on the property.
