There is a large covered boat dock with jetski ports for fun in the sun! There is a gradual grade to get down to the water with a complete concrete walkway. This Norris Lake vacation home is equipped with an large outdoor grill. The upper and lower decks are wonderful for just kicking back and relaxing. The home is located in Dodson Creek, which is near Beach Island Marina and restaurant called Bubba Brews. No more than 3 vehicles allowed at the property due to limited parking.

Large 3 bedroom & 3 bath home located on Norris Lake. Come in and kick off your shoes and relax in the great room on the leather sofa for a relaxing evening watching TV or taking in the breathtaking views of Norris Lake. Need a bite to eat? The kitchen features white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a granite island that is equipped with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. Maybe grilling is on the menu, step out onto the patio and relax while your meal cooks on the grill. Need to roast a few marshmallows? Grab those skewers and enjoy a relaxing evening by the fire pit under the stars. When it’s time the retire venture into the large master suite with master bath. The deck on this home is spectacular and just what one would want lakefront. There is a large boat dock with jetski ports! There is a gradual grade to get down to the water with a complete concrete walkway.

The home is located in Dodson Creek Which is near Beach Island Marina and restaurant called Bubba Brews. Enjoy a night out by sitting lakeside at the fire pit telling fish stories and reminiscing. No more then 3 vehicles allowed at the property as there is a shared steep driveway. Please check out our other properties if this one is unavailable!

House includes the following:

Spacious kitchen equipped with dishwasher, large fridge, stove, over the range microwave and kitchen island with plenty of storage as well as a large kitchen table.

Large living room with two large sofas.

Sun room with a pull out sofa.

Upstairs master - King Size master bed with a pull out sofa with 2 nights stands & one dress-or with a private closet.

Bedroom #2 has a king bed..

Bedroom #3 has 4 twin beds.

2 sets of Full load washer and dryer

Large outdoor double deck with a two different large tables on both levels, a gas grill overlooking the lake and fire pit, & a hot tub.

Guests reserving this property must be at least 25 years old and we do not allow parties or pets.

THERE IS A 3 CAR MAX LIMIT

Q: Where do you put the trailer since parking is limited to 3 spots per house?
We recommend launching prior to going to the property as it is a single lane rd to get to the property and a steep shared driveway with our other property there which can make turning around with a trailer difficult. You can drop the trailer at the marina (please be sure to contact them to confirm)

Q: What is the check in and check out times?
A: Check in is at 5 and check out is at 10. During peak season, these times are firm.

Q: Do you have trash pickup to keep from overflowing?
A: We do not have a designated pickup service, however you can contact me anytime Monday - Friday from 7-4 as I work a few miles away from the property and I will come haul it off for you.

Q: What are the dock dimensions?
A: The dock is 10 ft 9inches wide & 25 feet long.

Q: Can we swim off the dock?
A: Yes that is fine but please no jumping off the top of the dock. There are steel cables that run underneath in order to keep the dock in place.

Q: What all amenities does the house have?
A: We have cable, internet (please note that internet access offered is slower on the lake), washer, dryer, towels, pots, pans, utensils, etc.

Q: How far away are you to a marina or boat launch?
A: About 5 minutes away and have a launch there.
