The private courtyard entrance opens to the townhome's entryway with views into the living area open floor plan. Enjoy the spacious family room with comfortable furnishings, SMART TV and views overlooking the patio area with golf course views. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need including stainless steel appliances, ample countertop and storage space, and cooking essentials. The first floor office space is equipped with a work station and overlooks the front courtyard. A full bathroom is located on the first floor with a walk-in shower.

Spacious dual master suites are located on the second floor. The first suite features a private balcony overlooking the community, a king size bed and mirrored wardrobe closet. The ensuite bathroom includes a large vanity and an elegantly tiled walk-in shower. The grand master suite is the place to relax at the end of your day with a comfortable king size bed, a seating area with a fireplace and a walk-in closet. Step out to the private balcony to enjoy unobstructed golf course views. The spa-like ensuite bathroom features a dual vanity, large soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Soak up some sun and entertain guests on the private patio with comfortable outdoor lounge and dining furniture, gas BBQ and panoramic fairway views. Other features of the townhome include air conditioning, luxury vinyl plank flooring, access to the community clubhouse, pool and spa.

Comfortable and fresh bedding, linens and towels are included for your use during your vacation stay. A two-car garage includes front-loading washer and dryer. Services provided in the rent include: WiFi, gas & electric (monthly cap) and water (monthly cap). No smoking. No pets allowed.

The property has easy access to Interstate-5, Coast Highway, Highway 56, and other San Diego transportation corridors. Trips into Del Mar, Solana Beach beaches or stunning Torrey Pines State Reserve and Torrey Pines Golf Course are a short drive away. It’s also an easy day trip to other San Diego favorites such as Sea World, Legoland, Old Towne San Diego, the San Diego Zoo or Safari Park, Petco Park and the Downtown Gaslamp District.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. All reservations will be required to sign a Rental or Lease Agreement to formally complete and finalize their stay at this property. Guests who do not agree to the terms and conditions of the Residential Lease Agreement will be asked to cancel their reservation. All adults staying at the property will also be required to submit proof of ID.
2. Lengthy stays in the property may require an increase in the security deposit quoted.
