An Awesome Beach House that sleeps 18 (4 BR / 3 Bath)
The Private Beach Access at Hollywood street is short (~5 minutes) easy walk down the street from the house.
The Huge Swim Spa (8'x14') can be heated in the winter (with additional fee) and is perfect as a pool to cool down at summer too.
We provide everything you need to enjoy your Destin Vacation.
No Age limit, We welcome any responsible group (additional fees apply if under 25).
Pets welcome with a fee

2nd Bedroom

Private bathroom with a tub.

Share the hallway bathroom.
All rooms have Smart TVs with all your favorite streaming channels and for a good night sleep we put memory foam mattresses in all the beds.
All linens and towels provided.
Kitchen & Living area:
Kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates and much more, purfect to prepare yummy meals with a large dining table (seats 12) and kitchen bar area.
Large living room with a 65” Smart TV and sound system and an arcade game machine.
Also available:
- Super High-Speed internet with AC WiFi that even extends into the yard.
- Washer and Dryer (Laundry detergent provided).
- Gas grill for great cookouts (propane provided).
- Seating area with a wood fire pit (wood is not provided)
Please note:
We welcome any responsible guests however if the majority of the adults in your group are under 25 we require an additional refundable damage deposit paid separately from your booking of $750. If everyone in your group is under 21 we do not allow alcohol on the property. No events or parties allowed
We have a beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella and other beach stuff for you to use.
Spa can be heated in the winter for $175 a week or $30xdays of your stay.
Well behaved dogs are welcome with additional fee - $150 for the first dog, please contact us if you plan to bring more than one.

We put our hearts and souls into this house to make it beautiful, comfortable and fun for every group any time of the year. We are sure you, your family, and friends (even those 4 legged ones) will have a perfect beach vacation.

Our house (179 Miami St) is located in Frangista Beach Neighborhood which is perfectly located right next to the private beach access and some fun places for food and drinks. lots to do around and more shops and dining is just a short car ride away.
