The cottage has two floors. On the ground floor there is a cozy living-dining room and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances for cooking, such as: cooking surface (4 burners), microwave, membrane filter for drinking water, dishwasher, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer. The interior of the rooms is decorated with modern furniture, also on the first floor there is a TV, DVD player and a stereo system, a comfortable soft sofa and a built-in wardrobe. Climbing to the second floor, you will be taken to the children's room, which has a bunk bed made of natural wood, a desk and built-in wardrobes for clothes. Next comes the bedroom door. The bedroom has a comfortable two-sleeping bed, a wardrobe and bedside tables. From the windows of the bedroom there is a view of the sea (sea side) or a view of Karolino-Bugaz.

All the furniture in the villa is made of natural wood and environmentally friendly materials.

In each room there is a 2-bathroom unit: on the first floor there is a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a wash basin, on the second floor there is a bathroom with a toilet and a wash basin.
