The suite is a bright, private and fully furnished 2 bedroom basement suite on Broadway, near to the trendy district. It includes year round, private access to an outdoor hot tub for relaxation (strictly no parties).

Mekân
The suite has an open concept kitchen and living room which is comfortable, spacious and is tastefully decorated with new furnishings.

The living area includes a sectional couch, 50 inch Flatscreen with HD cable, Stingray music, Netflix, DVD player and Wireless Internet. There is an electric fireplace/heater in the living room for comfort all year round.

The kitchen and dinning area has a table and counter to dine at. It is equipped with a full sized fridge and stove, has microwave, toaster, cookware, dinnerware, glassware, coffee bodum (french press), kettle, tea pot, tea towels, sugar, salt, pepper and a few spices. Dish soap, dish rack, scrubber and a roll of paper towel are also provided.

The master bedroom has a new queen sized bed and the second bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed. Both rooms are made up with fresh linens, warm duvets, lofty pillows and extra blankets.

The bathroom and shower is small but always very clean and stocked with fresh towels, hand wash, a box of face tissue, extra rolls of bathroom tissue and some amenities.

HOT TUB:

*ALL GUESTS MUST RECEIVE HOT TUB INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE GOING IN.

*GUESTS MUST GIVE 2 HOURS NOTICE PRIOR TO GOING IN.

The hot tub runs on a salt water system which creates it’s own sanitizer. This system takes less chlorine than a regular tub so it is easier on our skin. The hot tub is available all year round and is used by us only when guests are not going to use it. Guests may use the hot tub privately and must let us know the time or times they would like to use it. Notice is required 1-2 hours in advance for preparation time and to allow us to respect your privacy. We will turn the temperature up for you, test the water quality and adjust it if needed. The hours that it can be used are between 11am and 11pm. We provide pool towels, robes and slide sandals but you may want to bring your own foot wear to go outside to the tub. It is necessary that guests receive instructions on how to operate the tub and it’s cover before going in. This is for ease, enjoyment and to avoid damage and repair costs to guests.

*The amount of our cleaning fee reflects the additional cleaning and products required for the hot tub.

Other common areas include the back yard, patio and bbq.

The laundry facilities downstairs are also shared, laundry soap is provided.. If you need you use the laundry please ask and we’ll make it available for you.

Please let us know if you have an allergy or sensitivity to scented laundry soap, we can use our unscented natural brand on the linens prior to your stay if requested.

The suite is located about 12 blocks from the Broadway business district, from there downtown Saskatoon is on the other side of the river.

The house backs directly onto a nice large green space, the park has a playground, basketball hoops, path and benches.

In the Broadway area you will find many amenities including restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocery stores, pharmacy, gas station, boutiques and galleries.

It is also close to the 8th Street strip and Stonebridge where you will find many of the city’s chain restaurants and box stores.

We like to allow our guests as much privacy as possible and will interact with guests as much or as little as they want. We choose to physical distance with guests but please let us know if you would like us to wear masks when face to face.

Guests will spend 5 minutes with Hosts to be shown how the hot tub and the cover works prior to going in it.

We may message guests who are staying longer then one night to check in to make sure their stay is going well. Please feel free to message us though at anytime if you need assistance.
