This Private Apartment is located in the basement with it's own Private separate entrance. It's suitable up to 4 Adults and up to 4 Large suitcases. This Apartment is suited for Long & Short term stays. To catch a flight, NETFLIX & CHILL or needing a place to stay for a few days.

Amenities in the room includes
43" Smart TV w/ Netflix HD, YouTube,
A Microwave, Fridge, Water Filter Pitcher & FREE WIFI - 1GB/Sec Speeds
Bed Trays.

This Private Apartment is located in the Basement. To access the space you will need to go to the Private entrance at the rear of the Garage. Please note there is a connection Private Bedroom labelled St George which at the same time noise can be hear from that apartment. If want total privacy I would suggest booking both spaces.

The Private space (Living Room, Kitchen & Washroom) is located in the Basement.

Heating and Cooling,
Since this apartment is in the basement in the Summer times the basement can be on the cool from the summer heat. In the Winter time the Basement can be a bit cold which is why I have set up 3 heating sources for your comfort. The 3 Heating Sources include Central Heat, an Electric Fireplace and a separate Large Floor Heater in case the other's 2 heating sources are inadequate.

Additional feature
This 1 Bedroom Private Apartment can be converted to a 2 Bedroom Apartment for an Addition fee. The 2nd Bedroom is connected to the Basement Apartment. That Bedroom is it's own private bedroom which is located in the Basement connected by the Living room and the Main floor of the house which is why it can be separated from the Basement Apartment. The Whole Basement can be house up to 6 people.

PLEASE NOTE about the Connecting 2nd Bedroom (St George).

The sound proofing between Apartment and the 2nd bedroom isn't the greatest there may be some noise coming from St George as it blocked by a solid door and a wall. I have been getting some complaints about that issue. If there is an issue with noise from the other guest as that room is usually Reserved by other Airbnb Guest please msg me and I will contact the guest to keep the noise down and Vice-Versa. The same with Guest of the Basement Apartment as if the guest is St George complaints about your noise level being to high and they can not get a good night's sleep I will have to ask for the same for both parties. Thanks for understanding!

Surveillance Camera's will be added to the majority of the Common Areas, Which includes the Hallways, Kitchen/Living Room, Laundry and Exterior of the house (NOT the Washrooms & Bedrooms of course).

DRIVEWAY PARKING
Driveway Parking is available usually its first come first serve basis but if a guest request to book a space I may be able to reserve a space. MUST ASK HOST TO RESERVE A SPACE prior to booking, otherwise the Host has the right to ask you to relocate on the street of TAMARISK DRIVE.

STREET PARKING
Street parking Is also available on the Streets of TAMARISK Drive right beside the house (Watch for the NO PARKING SIGNS). Street parking does allow overnight parking without a permit.

The HOST is NOT LIABLE for any and all parking infractions.

LAUNDRY USAGE
Laundry usage is a minimum of a 2 night stay, 1 load for every day booked.
Guest must stay 2 nights minimum to Qualify of use.

Example of a 3 night stay.

A Guest booked 3 nights they are allowed to use up to 3 loads for the entirety of there stay.

2nd Bedroom connects to the living room but it is locked out from the Private Apartment and does not share any private living space unless booked together.

Please note,
The House Manual has the Code ready for you once the cancellation period has passed, I usually do send a message with the REAR Door of the Garage Code which has the most up to date CODES as the Manual may not be up to date.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IF YOU DESIRE A DOWNTOWN LOCATION - This is VERY IMPORTANT BEFORE YOU BOOK!

Some guest have been leaving unfair reviews as they are NOT basing their review on the Description of the property but instead of their own Bias.

3 Guest has left the location of my Listing with 3 Stars and 1 Star because they desired a Downtown location.

The property is clearly noted it is close to PEARSON Airport and Humber College. The CAR ride is less than 12 mins and about 40 mins by BUS (NOT DURING RUSH HOUR) form the AIRPORT.

Special Thanks all the Guest who Rated my listing as such and enjoyed the their stay!

If the 2nd bedroom St. George is not booked along with this Apartment I do ask to please keep the Noise level down in the Living room/Kitchen after 11:00pm as the Connecting private bedroom St George may be an annoyances to the other guest. As I want everyone to have a peaceful nights rest.

In the Case The Private Bedroom St. George is booked along side with the Private Apartment for the SAME NIGHTS STAY. Noise after 11PM in the Basement Apartment is tolerated as both Bedrooms are located in the Basement which noise usually does not travel upstairs.

In an event a RESIDENT or another Airbnb Guest is causing an excessive amount of noise please do inform me asap.

If there is anything you need please feel free to ask. I will try my best to accommodate.

If you drive, There are many options as the HIGHWAY is very near by.
HIGHWAY 27/427 (North & South), 401 (East & West), 407 ETR (East & West)

Starbucks is about a 12 min walk.
Tim Hortons is also near by a bit more of a walk to the west of the house.

FASTFOOD
Fastfood chains like BurgerKing or McDonalds are about a 3 min walk west of the Starbucks.

If you not into Fast Food there are plenty of Restaurants near Hwy 27 and just North of Finch

SUPERMARKETS
Bestco is a nearby Supermarket which also serves hot food to go they are about a 8 min walk.

I'm usually available for most of the day until say 7:00PM as well I live on the property. After 7:00PM I may be at work on the Weekdays, I do have breaks every 1.15 hours and I will be in touch on the Phone through the Airbnb app for most of the time. If a Guest needs anything I do my best to help, Please do message me first otherwise a Resident of the house will also able help as they have in with past guest. I do recommend to contact me first if it's a major issue and if you can not contact myself please ask Resident.
