We are in a commercial area with some neighbors down the street from us. We have a neighborhood watch and get along great. We have a small safe little store across the
street for some basic needs. The city bus is 3 blocks away for a needed trip to the malls
We have cameras, and up dated safety equipment monitored by the Bay Area Alarm Company. We don’t allow monkey business in or around the building. You are asked to call us if you hear a disturbance. We know the best way to get around. And are here for you. As we mentioned we are a gated building and it’s safe to park your car in your assigned parking place in the back.

I have traveled in my industry for years throughout the U.S. I traveled in Europe for 6 months and returned for shorter visits. Furthest place I've been is Japan & Korea. I was a U.S. Olympic Touch Bearer for the 2002 Olympics, I have a Gold Record from when I lived in Vancouver BC . I've personally worked & met with many celebrities. (Mostly Comedians.
